Description

Threaded Mortising Bits for Door Lock Installation

These threaded mortising cutters are designed for lock-body pockets, flat-bottom grooves and hardware recesses in wood doors. Tungsten-carbide cutting edges support clean one-pass cutting when the cutter size, machine and feed settings are correctly matched.

Available cutter sizes

Choose from 16, 16.5, 18, 20, 21, 24, 26, 27 and 30 mm cutter diameters. Standard and upgraded thickened-blade versions are available. The illustrated threaded mounting section is 10 mm in diameter; confirm thread compatibility with the machine spindle before quotation.
