How to Prepare a Custom Router Bit RFQ
The information that helps turn a drawing, sample or machining requirement into a clear custom-tooling discussion.

A custom router-bit request is easier to review when the technical requirement and the supply requirement arrive together. You do not need a production-ready drawing to begin, but a clear starting point avoids repeated clarification.
Show the intended profile
Attach a PDF drawing, a marked-up cross-section, a finished sample photo or a simple sketch. Identify the dimensions that control fit, such as angle, radius, groove width, cutting depth and bearing position.
Describe the machining conditions
State the workpiece material, router or CNC setup, collet size, planned cutting depth and expected finish. If the tool must work with an existing profile or mating part, include that reference as well.
Add the commercial requirement
Include whether a sample is needed, the expected repeat quantity, packaging or private-label requirement and destination country. These details help keep the technical review and quotation discussion connected.
Use one shared brief
Keep the drawing, material, machine and quantity in one RFQ. CUTQOR can first check whether a catalog tool is suitable, then discuss a custom profile when the standard range is not the right fit.
